Clean up character generation.

Yeah chargen is shoddy both up front and behind the scenes...
It needs a complete overhaul.
Help files would be "helpful" too... I have made that joke twice today.

This is getting there.
I have decoupled the stages so that you can attack them as you please.
Abilities still add last, but this is not a bad thing. I might rework them so that the name and abilities just have to be done before you can hit the confirm button on the character.
As it stands you need the name done just to do abilities... Seems a little dumb to me... and I set it up that way.
I will integrate the ability selection into the main character sheet rather than picking on a separate page. Just seems more intuitive that way.
Also have to link in the content display for each selection. Probably stick the confirm buttons directly in the content itself. Hell I could do the whole selection thing in there with the form drop down in the popup... Actually that would probably be good. Will have a think about it and a play with the original idea first.

It is close.

I think I will also add the soft alert pulse to the various things the user needs to do to finish making a character. Seems like it might just help a bit. People dislike the "yellow paint" in a game, but I think here it will be OK.

Fingers crossed this works better than the previous iteration.

Ok have popups working, deserialised the inputs.
Basically done. Now I just need to fix up the individual pages when selecting options for class/ancestry/motivation, currently they are way behind the times. But everything else is now up to snuff!

Considering just adding selection abilities for trinkets weapons and so forth as soon as you click the confirm button and you can just do them as you see fit... I will think of something.

Almost done though.
